1. Building Manager
Manage and deliver overall maintenance service within budget and meeting all contracted KPIs.
2. Facility Engineer
Responsible for the smooth and safe operations of facility equipment, electrical systems, HVAC systems, instrumentation and control system.
3. Chargeman (AO/A4/BO)
Provide LV/HV coverage for the Operations and Maintenance of electrical system at site.
4. Building Technician
Inspect, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems, conduct general maintenance work involving mechanical, electrical and civil works at site.
